In this role, you'll navigate EU and national legislation, ensuring that dairy and plant-based products meet regulatory requirements. You'll validate product specifications, review marketing materials, and provide essential guidance to support the business.

Your Mission
You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Your Main Tasks
- Ensure compliance with EU and national legislation in the Netherlands;
- Validate artworks and specifications for dairy and plant-based products, including translation into the local language;
- Review and validate marketing materials for regulatory adherence;
- Provide regulatory advice and guidance to the business, including conducting risk assessments;
- Contribute to training relevant internal stakeholders on all regulatory matters.
Through our agency, you will receive a 6-month temporary contract with an external party.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 6 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract, however, we are not able to guarantee this. The location is Rijswijk, so hybrid working is possible and flexible.
- Salary will be around €6000 - €7500 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;
- 30 annual leave days;
- Travel expenses will be covered;
- Pension plan.

Functie eisen
Preferred Qualifications* A Masters or Bachelors degree in regulatory or Food Law or a related field;
* At least 4-5 years of work experience in the regulatory field within the food or pharma industry;
* Familiarity with food legislation and regulations;
* Proficiency in English;
* Strong skills in time management and prioritization.
