WFS PRO is a specialized recruitment agency for technical professionals in sectors such as aviation, high-tech machinery, renewables, and the maritime industry. We connect talent from around the world with leading companies in the Netherlands. To continue our growth, we are expanding our operations into Poland and are looking for a motivated self starting Recruitment Specialist to establish local recruitment.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and attracting technical talent for Bachelor+ vacancies in the Netherlands. You will work closely with our recruitment consultants in the Netherlands and ensure smooth collaboration between candidates and our clients.

Your tasks include

• Actively sourcing and approaching local candidates in Poland via job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels;
• Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and ambitions;
• Creating clear and professional CVs and candidate profiles according to WFS PRO standards;
• Aligning profiles and vacancies with colleagues in the Netherlands;
• Guiding candidates through the recruitment process and preparing them for interviews;
• Building a network of technical professionals in Poland and possibly across the EU;
• Identifying opportunities and trends in the job market to improve our recruitment strategy.

• A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably within a technical field;
• Recruitment experience is a must;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise candidates and colleagues effectively;
• Located in Poland, with strong command of the Polish and English language;
• Affinity with technology, ideally through previous experience with technical vacancies or companies;
• Proactive and independent work attitude, with a focus on quality and detail;
• Knowledge of modern sourcing (AI-)tools and platforms is a plus.
