Connecting people is something you enjoy and where you get your energy. As a Recruiter at Covebo in Barneveld you are responsible for finding the right match for both clients and candidates.  Through your creative, energetic and especially personal attention, you know how to select local EU candidates from the market, attract them and convince them to work for one of our clients in the logistics or production sector. You are the connecting factor between our coordinators and our temporary workers.

As you know, a Recruiter’s day is quite varied. The tasks include:

• Recruiting and selecting candidates for our clients
• Translating requests into commercial success
• Successfully managing relationships with our external offices
• Designing and implementing actions to attract suitable candidates
• Supporting coordinators with various tasks, including planning

• You have an MBO work and thinking level
• You are available full-time
• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written (not Cambridge level ;)
• You also communicate in one or more of the following languages: Lithuanian, Latvian, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian.
• You have a commercial attitude
• You live in the Barneveld area (within 40 kilometers)
