We are seeking a Quality Manager to join the quality management team for the next 12 months, supporting the development and implementation of technical activities across a diverse project portfolio.
In this role, you will manage the quality aspects of projects, working closely with selected project teams to ensure the successful execution, commissioning, and handover of new plants. You will also collaborate with the engineering department on schedule preparation, investment cost estimation, and quality management. - Develop, implement and maintain quality management processes and procedures for asset and infrastructure-type projects. This should ensure technical integrity, but also meet all requirements regarding compliance (eg PED, CE, ATEX);
- Supporting projects regarding quality management during engineering and contracting;
- Supporting projects in reviewing Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Plans, Test Plans, Test Reports, and Quality Documentation for both manufacturing as well as on-site construction;
- Support projects with troubleshooting quality issues;
- Support projects by hiring external quality assurance and control staff and services and steering these resources on content.;
- You will work on multiple projects in a consulting role. You will provide the project managers, engineering managers and site managers with your findings and recommendations. You will report to the Line Manager of Site Execution within the overarching engineering organization.
You will receive a temporary 12-month contract through our agency, with the possibility of an extension.
Salary indication for this role is a maximum of €9000,- gross per month based on a full-time work week. Salary is based on education and experience;
- 30 vacation days (based on a full-time annual contract);
- Travel expenses.

Functie eisen
* Master's degree in mechanical engineering;* You can speak and write Dutch and English fluently;
* You have at least 10 years of professional experience in quality management of capital projects in energy, oil & gas or chemical industry;
* You are a team player and have good communication skills;
* Your professional skills include a sound knowledge of quality management and obtaining authority approvals for the realization of power and heat generation plants and/or process plants;
* Your competencies include leadership qualities and analytical skills. You can create a structured way of working for yourself, your team and external experts and contractors;
* You are self-propelling;
* Frequent traveling is no problem for you.
