As a Quality Engineer, you will be the driving force behind ensuring the quality of both existing and new products. You will work closely with the Engineering and Production departments, as well as with two fellow Quality Engineers. You will be responsible for guaranteeing customer quality requirements, while also serving as a point of contact both internally and externally. Your tasks include:

• Initiating and monitoring measures to ensure product quality.
• Participating in customer meetings and NPI (New Product Introduction) discussions to ensure quality requirements are met early in the process.
• Planning, organizing, and conducting system and process audits.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints based on the 8D principle.
• Initiating continuous improvement processes using Lean techniques.
• Achieving quality targets and implementing customer requirements.
• Training employees and suppliers on new working methods and quality controls.

You are a driven professional with a keen eye for quality and process optimization. You have:

• A completed bachelor's degree with a technical background.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing.
• Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001, 3834-2, and 14001.
• Knowledge of quality methods such as 8D, PFMEA, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• The ability to prioritize and inspire others during change processes.
