Votre candidature sera prise en compte uniquement si vous remplissez les conditions d'éligibilité pour travailler dans l'Union Européenne.FunctionAs a Quality Control Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing quality activities, specifically for internal and external inspections, to ensure that products inspected by Third-Party Inspectors meet the company’s quality standards, customer requirements and international codes.Your tasks :
- Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans for specific orders, coordinating with inspectors and contractors to ensure quality standards are met,
- Collaborate with departments such as Commercial Operations, Logistics, and Manufacturing to organize inspections, prepare shipments, and present parts for evaluations,
- Finalize Quality Documentation Packages, ensure compliance with requirements, and organize the archiving of all quality documentation,
- Verify that purchase orders and specifications for quality-related matters are as per applicable requirements,
- Manage material test reports and certificates, supports incoming inspections, coordinate QC activities with other departments, handles NCRs, and responds to documentation-related inquiries,
- Suggest and discuss with the Quality Manager all improvements of the Quality System and/or other processes.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or equivalent, with a first experience in Quality Control (2 years)
- Fluent in English and French (any other language is an asset)
- Good knowledge in machine design, quality control and possibly welding and material
- IT literate,
- Flexible and stress resistant
- Good organization skills, a helicopter view and good team spirit
