FunctieAs a Buyer, you collaborate closely with your colleagues to procure the right products, services, and materials. You play a key role in selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a purchasing strategy to select the best suppliers.
- Conduct contract negotiations with selected suppliers.
- Prepare and draft project-specific procurement contracts as well as framework and partner agreements.
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Monitor delivery times and lead times of purchase contracts and orders.
- Maintain close contact with the warehouse to coordinate incoming goods.
- Higher professional education (HBO) level with a technical background;
- Possession of at least NEVI 1, and NEVI 2 is a plus;
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Competencies: result-oriented, commercially and financially aware, negotiation skills, team player with self-management abilities;
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical project organization.

- Salary: €3000 – €5000
