The KPMG Emerging Giants team supports scaleups in their growth and international expansion by helping them get the fundamentals right. Our team of 30 experts helps scaleups to navigate challenges in the areas of tax, finance, operations, risk, and legal. The Emerging Giants team was officially formed >4 years ago and serves the whole of the Netherlands and is part of an international network.
Each year, we support hundreds of fast-growing companies with their challenges, through 1:1 informal mentorship, paid engagements, and events.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized and proactive program manager to join the Emerging Giants team. In this holistic role, you will be involved in all aspects of the team: from overall strategy development; to client relationship management; to events, partnerships and marketing; to team management and reporting.
If you’re an “all-rounder” with exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding and experience in the Dutch startup/tech ecosystem, and a pro-active approach, this could be the perfect role for you!
Dit neem jij mee- Previous experience in the Dutch startup/scaleup scene, ideally with a network you can bring with you to the role.
- Commercial mind-set, combined with very strong relationship management skills and a long term view
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the fields of account management, program management, events and marketing and combined with a finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – fluent English is a must, Dutch is a bonus
- You are an allrounder and your curiosity helps to grasp new concepts quickly. You like to try new things and can think out of the box.
- Highly organized and able to self-motivate, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Gross salary between €3,900 and €5,500, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance and a home working allowance of €2.40 per day worked.
- 30 vacation days (on a full-time basis) and the option to buy more days or sell your vacation days.
