Production Worker

You will work in a nice production company in the Weert region. Characteristic of this organization are the short lines, which ensure that effective and fast action is taken within this organization. They specialize in concrete production for the construction and civil engineering sectors. They make, among other things, balconies, galleries, stairs, consoles, walls, covering strips, window villages and concrete strips for the construction industry. For civil engineering, they mainly specialize in making park tires, curve tires, roundabout tires and all kinds of seating elements. The precast concrete elements are made daily by a nice group of hard-working production employees.

You will work as a production employee in the concrete industry. The company believes a good start is important. So you will be well guided in the beginning

The more dexterity you become, the more tasks you will perform independently. The goal is to become fully independent and all-round employable.

Your activities include:

• Filling molds with concrete
• Unmoulding the moulds
• Making the concrete reinforcement
• Moving products
• Keeping your working environment clean

• Experience in production is useful
• You master the English language
• You are immediately available full-time in the day shift

• Starting salary between €14 and €16 gross per hour depending on experience
• Working day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (weekends off)
• Long-term job with the prospect of a contract with the company
