As a productiemedewerker, you will play a pivotal role in the production of Go-Tan's beloved kroepoek, embodying the rich Asian food culture that our family business prides itself on. You'll be part of a close-knit team where your dedication directly influences the quality and success of our products. The key challenges include maintaining precision and efficiency within set timeframes, utilizing your physical skills, and demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic environment. Essential skills for this role include the ability to perform physical tasks, a willingness to work in a two-shift system, and a keen eye for quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operation: operate machinery and equipment for kroepoek production on the factory floor
- Quality control: perform checks to ensure our products meet the highest standards
- Packaging: pack kroepoek and ensure products are correctly labeled
- Shift work: be available to work in two shifts, from 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-24:00
- Maintenance: keep the workspace tidy and comply with hygiene and safety regulations
