Production worker

For a company in Duiven, we are urgently looking for a production worker for a 3-shift schedule. Initially, you'll work through us, and eventually, the company will take you on permanently.

• Shift bonus of 25% or 40%

You are eager to work in production. While prior experience isn't required, it’s a plus. You must have your own transportation, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport. Your colleagues primarily speak English, so it's helpful if you are comfortable with the language. Additionally, you have no issues with shift work.

The company operates in healthcare and provides medicine. At their location in Duiven, the process involves packaging, sorting, and preparing products for shipment across different production lines. As a production worker, you will rotate through various tasks to keep the work varied. One moment, you might be conducting quality checks, and the next, you’ll be packing boxes with bubble wrap. The shift times are 06:00 - 14:45, 14:30 - 23:15, and 21:15 - 06:00. From 20:00, a shift bonus of 25% is added to your salary, and between midnight and 06:00, you receive a 40% bonus. Occasionally, your shift might be on a Saturday or Sunday, earning you a bonus of 150-200% on top of your salary.

You’ll be working for a company in Duiven, located in an industrial area. You’ll join a team of 7 other colleagues. If both parties are satisfied, the company will eventually take you on permanently.
