Become part of a team specializing in the production of active substances, proteins, vaccines and medications that help millions of people all over the world, as a Production Support Operator.

What do we offer?

Salary: up to 4300€ per month.

Shift Allowance: Receive a 12% shift allowance.

Contract: Direct and Permanent contract with the company.

Two rotating shifts: Morning (7:00 - 15:00) - Evening (15:00 - 23:00).

Work Model: Full-Time, 40h per week, On-site.

Role Summary

As a Bioprocessing Production Support Operator, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing production materials across various departments such as Upstream/Downstream Processing and Fill & Finish, directly contributing seamless manufacturing processes and supporting our biopharmaceutical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform production process activities in compliance with FDA/GMP guidelines.

Support primary processes at USP/DSP and Fill & Finish departments through cleanroom activities.

Prepare buffers, conduct filtration using process software per SOPs and production records.

Ensure washing, sterilization, and depyrogenation of materials.

Assemble sterile goods under LAF conditions and weigh raw materials.

Perform general cleaning of process equipment and manage inventory (KANBAN).

Operate process equipment with a focus on resolving minor disruptions.

Embrace a 'safety first and quality always' mindset, contributing actively to continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications

HLO/MLO certification, ideally paired with a VAPRO A/B/C study.

Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Team-oriented with a proactive and quality-conscious attitude.

Service-minded with high standards for personal hygiene.

Comfortable working under FDA/GMP guidelines and handling stress effectively.

Proficient in English (both spoken and written) and computerized systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages is essential.
