As a production worker, you will contribute to the creation of top-quality insulating glass, playing a key role in our mission to enhance sustainable living environments. You'll face the rewarding challenge of operating complex machinery, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and collaborating within a dynamic team. We're looking for someone with a hands-on approach, a readiness to learn, and the ability to work well within a diverse group. No certificates are required, just a drive for personal growth and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Operation: manage machines to produce various types and sizes of insulating glass, ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Quality control: conduct regular checks and perform maintenance to guarantee the glass meets our high standards.
- Schedule: adapt to a three-shift system, working from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime compensation.
- Training: engage in on-the-job learning from experienced colleagues to continuously develop your skill set.
- Teamwork: collaborate with team members to uphold a clean and safe working environment, contributing to the team's success.
- 38-hour workweek with potential for a permanent contract
- Gross hourly wage of €14.51 plus 23% shift allowance
- Weekly or 4-weekly salary payment - your choice!
- Travel expense reimbursement
- 8.33% holiday pay
- Annual bonus up to €2500 gross
