As a Product Quality & Reliability (PQR) Engineer you will be in the center of the project team to communicate with all team members. You have a strong focus on quality and risk areas. You will perform activities on system integration and module projects.
• Responsible for risk assessment “Failure Mode and Effects Analysis” (FMEA) process on module and system level.
• Responsible for Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) process.
• Defining and maintaining test process, act as test coordinator
• Create test coverage on requirements coming from: design team, business units, operations and service organization.
• Drive discussions with colleagues to build well defined test methods for every test.
• Organize meetings to review all necessary test results.
• Implement reliability analysis for new developments and predict warranty costs using field feedback and FMEA outcomes
• Support the development with plans for reliability testing (test to fail) and reliability verification (test to pass)
• Implement and support the design teams with root-cause analyses for example with statistical engineering.
Functie-eisen
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within product quality, reliability, or system integration.
• Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Safety Risk Assessment (SRA).
• Familiarity with reliability analysis, test methodologies, and validation processes.
• Experience in a high-tech or manufacturing environment is a plus.
