Role Title: Product Management Excellence Director

Role description:
This role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products are developed efficiently and meet market demands. The director will lead a team that drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and product management processes. Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring KPIs, implementing best practices, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives, and alignment with engineering and UX to deliver users experiences that delight our customers.
The role sits within our global business area Digital Intelligence. We use digital intelligence and deep human knowledge to create products and solutions in a holistic way. We empower our clients with agile, data-driven insights and technologies that complement our sustainable design, engineering and advisory expertise. We can confidently work in partnership to address global challenges from climate change and rapid urbanization, to increasing digitalization, socio-economic disruption and societal expectations head-on, all with the common goal of improving quality of life.
Role accountabilities:
- Process improvement. Developing and refining product management processes through persona creation, product visions, and tooling standardization. Onboarding product managers, training junior members, and ensuring accountability.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across various teams. Both within the product teams such as engineering, and design but also beyond the product teams:
- Dissemination to marketing (GTM), sales (GTS), customer support,
- Intake into the product teams through the digital solution leads from our three GBAs.
- Data analytics. Improving our product analytics practice: collecting, managing, and analyzing data to help product management make informed decisions. Creating feedback loops and translating analytics into actionable insights.
- Facilitate customer research. Streamlining customer insights and research efforts together with UX. Streamlining the collection of internal and external feedback, conducting user research, and making it accessible and reusable for all teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a (group) product manager or leader responsible for product strategy in a high-paced organization recognized for its state of the art product management practices.
- 8+ years experience in product management, strategy & operations roles or management consultancy.
- Experience working in product organizations responsible for a global user base.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and a deep curiosity about company/product/client data. Can speak to how data was used to shape strategic direction and updates to the product roadmap.
