Product Design & Development Manager needed in the Food Industry!

An international organization in the food-dairy industry
- We are looking for a candidate to support on our Right by Design program with the following key responsibilities:
- Work on data collection (analysis performed on our end products). Data comes from multiple sources and needs to be cross-checked.
- Perform Technical Assessments for a special recipe group to assess the current status of these recipes and support to define the next steps
- Start a project on redefining the process losses in one of our factories
- Working closely together with stakeholders in Supply Points, Quality, and R&I to come to alignment on the final results;
Through our agency, you will receive a 6-month temporary contract.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 6 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract, however, we are not able to guarantee this.
- Salary will be around €6500 - €8000 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;

Functie eisen
* Master's degree in Food technology, or similar working/thinking level obtained via experience;* Minimum 5 years experience in a Product development role;
* Affinity with working with data, data collection (analysis performed on our end products);
* Team player with an independent working attitude;
* Can deal with changing priorities, manage uncertainty, and deal with complexity in a dynamic organization;
* Enthusiastic, proactive, solution-oriented, open-minded, fast learner with a hands-on approach;
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
