A leading European retailer is on the lookout for a visionary Procurement Manager to spearhead their procurement strategies. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of supplier landscapes to deliver top-notch procurement services to all HR units. Whether it is for existing or new markets, you will be a reliable partner. Your daily tasks include:
- You build strong, trust-based relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers;
- You are able to find a balance between long-term strategic needs, short-term cost efficiency, and the available knowledge of (future) developments;
- You develop procurement strategies for each category to optimize and prioritize the impact of purchasing activities;
- You are responsible for supplier and contract management for the key suppliers within the category, including conducting tenders, negotiations, and selecting new suppliers.
The gross annual salary is approximately €85.000, which includes holiday allowance, along with outstanding secondary benefits, including a bonus.

Functie eisen
* A minimum of 5 years' procurement experience in HR & Recruitment services;* Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management;
* Proven experience in negotiating large-scale HR contracts;
* Strong analytical abilities, with advanced Excel knowledge and solid presentation skills;
* Capable of structuring activities, managing projects, and driving change;
* Fluent in English;
* Nevi 2 certification is an advantage.
