Are you a seasoned Procurement Manager with a knack for driving organizational success? A leading European retailer is on the lookout for a visionary Procurement Manager to spearhead their procurement strategies. As part of your responsibilities, you will be managing various HR related contracts and utilizing your expertise in stakeholder management for a seamless procurement process.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of supplier landscapes to deliver top-notch procurement services to all HR units. Whether it's for existing or new markets, you will be a reliable partner in managing Talent Recruitment, External Workforce, Temporary Labour, and Labor related subcategories. You'll also be expected to lead and participate in various projects, making use of your multidisciplinary skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with internal teams and collaborating with suppliers;
- Drive growth within the HR category by procuring the right products and services;
- Strategically manage the category and optimize the procurement process;

Gross annual salary of €70.000 - €76.000 with excellent secondary benefits that includes a bonus.

Functie eisen
* At least 7 years of purchasing experience within a logistics environment;* A proven track record in stakeholder management
* Experience in negotiating large HR contracts
* Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent knowledge of Excel and good presentation skills;
* Skills to structure activities, manage projects and changes;
* Fluent command of the English language;
* Knowledge of SAP Ariba or other purchasing programs is a plus.
