Are you an experienced Process Operator looking for an exciting challenge? Do you want to contribute to producing the best salads in the Netherlands? Johma, the largest salad maker in the country, is seeking a dedicated and driven Process Operator to join their team in Losser.
Wat wordt er van je verwachtAs the market leader in the preparation of fresh, delicious salads for over 50 years, Johma values craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and a constant commitment to excellence. By becoming a Process Operator at Johma, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality salads and sauces.
Key Responsibilities:
· Production of sauces for Johma salads, maintaining strict product quality standards.
· Coordinating tank fillings with production planning to ensure smooth operations.
· Conducting quality control checks to meet Johma’s high standards.
· Meeting daily production targets to ensure timely customer delivery.
· Collaborating with shift leaders to align production schedules with salad requirements.
· Performing regular cleaning procedures, including CIP (clean-in-place) to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Wat zoeken wij
· You are ready to work full-time and are open to working in a 3-shift system (morning: 6:00 - 14:00, afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00, night: 22:00 - 06:00).
· Experience in the food industry is essential, with knowledge of process optimization and quality control.
· Ability to perform well under pressure and adjust quickly to meet production goals.
· You are fluent in written and spoken English and/or Dutch, knowledge of German is an advantage
· Strong responsibility towards following HACCP guidelines, safety, and hygiene standards
· Competitive pay starting at €16.19 per hour, plus additional allowances:
n 33% extra for shifts between 18:00 and 00:00.
n 35% extra for shifts between 00:00 and 06:00.
· Travel allowance and a chance to take home delicious Johma salads every Thursday.
· Opportunity for a permanent contract with 4 Minutes based on performance.
· No transport? We provide a bike or scooter to get you to work!
