Process Controller
At CJ Wildlife, we love animals (and people).
It is therefore our mission to do everything we can to improve biodiversity in nature. We develop, produce and sell both food and hardware products that allow people to transform their garden or balcony into a paradise for Northern European wildlife; from birds to squirrels and bees.
We are particularly proud of our collaboration with various Northern European 'green partners'. We sell our products in both the B2B and B2C channels.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Process Controller for our great team. Do you have the 1 year of required and proven work experience and good knowledge of automation (SAP, ERP, WMS, MS Office). Are you also a proactive team player with a good portion of positivity and the ability to include others in your goal-oriented approach and drive? Then read on now!
You will work from our head office in Venray.
PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION
The administrative processing of all logistics documents, orders management, transport coordination as well as supporting a department with regard to all logistics processes.
What you will do:
• Responsible for the handling of the entire B2B and B2C order flow (wave releasing and orders managing)
• Organizing and planning transport.
• Processing the time registration of all employees of a department.
• Acts as the first point of contact for questions from sales support and answer them.
• Preparing reports
This means that you can offer the following:
1. Positive and involved
2. Fluent in English (Polish and Dutch is an advantage)
3. MBO(+) commercial training
4. 1 year of relevant work experience
5. Interest in wildlife is a plus
