As a pricing specialist, you prepare prices for the Sales department for new and existing projects, displaying the correct specifications.
In addition, your duties include:
- Actively monitoring market prices
- Maintaining contact with the Sales department to receive background information about projects and price requests
- Assessing and processing price preparation according to specifications and agreed price level
- Checking related quotes as they are sent to customers
- Register and maintain the database and update prices based on any change within the specifications or terms with customers
- Communication with internal departments (especially with Sales, CO&P, Finance)
- Maintain price calculators and update as necessary
- Visiting customers and participating in Sales team meetings

Functie eisen
The ideal candidate for pricing specialist has:
- Excellent communication skills (in English)
- HBO thinking and working level
- Extensive experience with Excel and high accuracy on numbers
- Customer-oriented and organized
- Preferably experience with technology and/or packaging so that you understand the customer's production and materials
- Some experience with price/cost structure
- Some experience with D365 or another ERP system would be very nice
