Prefab Machine Operator

As a Prefab Machine Operator you are responsible for the production of prefab parts which are used in the solutions for pre-insulated piping networks of our client. The prefab solutions play a crucial role in speeding up the installation time of distric heathing system networks that is seen as a unique feature of our clients value proposition.

In this position you produce prefab parts for customized networks and you are responsible for output and quality of the produced prefab parts. Products are manufactured made to order. That means that is important that our client will teach you how to read a drawing, besides that you will be offered a course of plastic welding since this is a big task within the position.

We are looking for an all-rounder, a go-getter and someone who can be deployed flexibly. You can easily switch between different activities and maintain an overview. You are independent, but not an individualist. You enjoy working in a team. Your own initiative to improve processes or activities is appreciated and you will gain confidence in this. We think it is important that you think about your work and learn from the activities you undertake.

This vacancy is on a temporary basis, and if you have successfully completed the 12-month temporary employment period, you have a chance to get a contract with our client. They are growing at a fast rate and therefore want to connect with proper employees and offer them a contract!
