Are you an experienced PMO professional looking for a dynamic role where you can lead and optimize project management frameworks for top organizations? At Randstad Digital, we offer PMO Consultants the opportunity to work with various clients across different industries, helping them enhance governance, streamline project execution, and drive digital transformation.

As a PMO Consultant, you will be deployed on projects with our clients, supporting them in project governance, portfolio management, and process optimization. You will work in international and cross-functional teams, ensuring project methodologies align with business objectives while improving efficiency and strategic impact.

• Establish, implement, and improve project governance frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project execution and risk management.
• Support clients with change management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Work across industries, gaining exposure to Private and Public Sectors.

• A competitive salary between €3,300 – €5,500 based on a 36-hour workweek (starting salary depends on knowledge and experience).
• Travel reimbursement for commuting by public transport or car.
