As a pipe fitter / welder you are responsible for measuring, fitting, building and sometimes assembling piping to complete projects in both steel and stainless steel. The smaller piping is usually assembled by means of TIG welding. In this challenging position you work independently together with the quality welders on the basis of a technical drawing or (ISO) sketch. What else do you do in a day? You manufacture and weld skids, pump systems, coolers, heaters and tanks. The range of pipe sizes to be processed is from Ø10 to Ø 400mm (or very occasionally even larger).
