What Will You Do

The picker/packer ensures that goods are available at the right location, in the right condition, and on time for shipment.
Checking and sorting goods, picking and scanning orders, preparing orders for shipment, including checking, packing, labeling, and stickering, as well as conducting quality checks on goods.
You will deliver the final product that meets the high-quality standards of our client.
You will support colleagues with all other production-related tasks as needed.
The work is done in shifts, with working hours as follows:
From 06:00 to 14:00
From 14:00 to 22:00
What We Expect From You

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
You are in good physical health.
Ability to work accurately, even during busy periods and under time pressure.
Precision and attention to detail in your work.
Computer skills, as you will be working with software-controlled machines.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and reliability.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Work experience is not required.
What We Offer

A salary of €13.68 per hour excluding bonuses, with an average gross hourly wage of €16.07 including bonuses.
Weekend bonuses:
Saturday 00:00–06:00: 75%
Saturday 06:00–14:00: 50%
Saturday 14:00–24:00: 100%
Sunday: 100%
Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer for distances over 10 kilometers.
