As a People Development Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance its effectiveness and ensure it aligns with the company's broader learning objectives. Your main tasks will include:
- Evaluating the current LMS setup to identify areas for improvement in its functionality and user experience;
- Recognizing challenges and opportunities to optimize the system for better performance and alignment with organizational needs;
- Streamlining LMS processes to ensure they support the company's learning and development goals;
- Introducing and implementing creative solutions to maximize the system's impact on learning efficiency and outcomes;
- Working closely with key stakeholders to integrate LMS processes smoothly and establish efficient workflows for compliance training, participant registration, and tracking completion rates.
This is a temporary position and you will be employed by us for the duration of the project. Your salary will be based on your current skills and experience.
