- Operation: manage the packaging line to maintain continuous and efficient production flow.
- Troubleshooting: identify and resolve minor disruptions swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Quality assurance: perform visual inspections and in-process controls to uphold product standards.
- Collaboration: work closely with a mid-sized team to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Development: engage in internal training opportunities to grow your expertise within our dynamic company.
