Packaging Operator 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you contribute to the production of the well-known candy, Mentos. You ensure that our products reach customers worldwide in top quality. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a smooth packaging process while upholding high-quality standards. Experience with operating machinery and a keen eye for detail are essential for this role.

Your responsibilities:Monitor the packaging line and independently resolve minor malfunctions; for larger issues, you’ll collaborate with the technical team;Work closely with fellow operators to ensure an efficient production process and provide support where needed;Keep the production line continuously supplied with the necessary materials to prevent downtime;Conduct quality checks, report deviations, and propose improvements;Be part of a medium-sized team and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.Wat we je biedenDiscover an environment where your well-being and professional growth take center stage. • Competitive salary: an hourly wage between €15,74 and €16,92;
• Shift allowance of 20,5% per hour;

• Experience in a similar role as a packaging operator, with the ability to effectively operate and maintain machinery;

Over het bedrijfPerfetti Van Melle is based in Breda, conveniently located near major highways. Here, we produce Mentos, starting with the preparation phase and completing the process in the packaging a new operator, you’ll receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including an e-learning module on safety guidelines. An experienced colleague will guide you through your daily tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth an enthusiastic team in an informal work environment and help us bring the world’s favorite candy to life!
