Your responsibilities:
- Monitor the packaging line and independently resolve minor malfunctions; for more complex issues, you’ll work together with the technical team;
- Collaborate closely with fellow operators to ensure an efficient production flow and provide support when needed;
- Ensure the continuous supply of materials to prevent production downtime;
- Perform quality checks, report deviations, and contribute ideas for improvement;
- Be part of a medium-sized team and help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Competitive salary: €16.92 to €18.33 per hour excluding shift allowance;
- 20% shift allowance on every worked hour;
