For our client, Nedal Aluminium, we are looking for motivated packaging employees who are seeking full-time employment and stability. That's exactly what we are looking for too! We aim to build permanent and stable teams with well-coordinated colleagues whom we can support in their development through training and education. Creating fixed teams also increases safety in the workplace, which is our goal at Nedal: to maintain a pleasant working atmosphere that is also highly safe.
What does your day look like?
You arrive on time and grab a cup of coffee or tea to go over the handover with your colleagues from the previous shift. Then, you prepare your work together with your colleagues, ensuring that the packaging instructions are available. You carefully read the client's requirements and discuss among yourselves to divide the tasks and ensure the correct timeline. This all takes place in a clean and safe working environment to which you contribute. You make sure that all products are packed correctly.
No worries, you don't have to know everything as a packaging employee from day one. Within Nedal, there is sufficient guidance from your supervisor or colleagues. They will provide you with proper explanations, and if you ever forget something, you can always ask them for help.

Functie eisen
- Preferably experience in a production environment.
- The motivation to follow work instructions for safety purposes.
- The ability to work in a three-shift system. The working hours for this are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
