Our client is a leading producer and distributor of high-quality frozen vegetables and fruits for various markets, including export markets. You will work with fresh vegetables and fruits that are delivered directly from the field to our factory in Waalwijk.
On the packaging line, these products come to you after the production process to be frozen and packed. You are responsible for directing employees to achieve the planning and ensuring that the quality and specifications of the final products are maintained. Thanks to your technical insight, you are able to install, operate, and maintain machines on the line. You identify bottlenecks in time and make adjustments where necessary. You guide new colleagues on the shop floor, and together with the team of operators, you participate in work meetings and (improvement) projects. Whether you already have experience in this field and are ready for a new challenge, or you have experience in production, warehouse, or logistics work and want to be trained as an operator in a 3-shift system, our client in Waalwijk is the right place for you!
You will be working on, among other things:
- Monitoring the planning;
- Setting up and adjusting machines;
- Solving and preventing line malfunctions;
- Ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and hygiene at the workplace;
Working hours
You will work in a 3-shift system, where you alternate morning (06:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00), and night shifts (22:00-06:00). For this, you will receive an attractive shift allowance!
