You will be responsible for managing the Order to Cash process across multiple delivery channels, including handling order status reports, processing standard and sample orders (EDI included), and verifying inventory availability.
You'll ensure orders are confirmed and address both customer and internal queries, while managing outbound shipments, returns, and credits.
You will also be in charge of ensuring accurate pricing for promotions and seasonal updates. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Order Manager EMEA to address potential risks and issues, and coordinate with warehouses for repacking, labeling, and special deliveries. Prioritizing tasks and streamlining processes to improve efficiency will be key aspects of your role. Building strong relationships with customers and Sales Account Managers to meet business needs and deliver exceptional service will also be a priority. You'll also handle general administrative duties as needed.
The salary indication is around € 3000,- gross per month

ERP Systems: Proficient in SAP, D365, or equivalent.

Order Management & Customer Service: Experienced in managing orders and addressing customer needs.

Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.

Technical Skills: Strong in Excel, Teams, Outlook; data analysis and report creation.
