We are currently looking for a motivated Operator Wood Machining (Level 1) to join the Wood Department at HQ Pack in Eindhoven. In this position, you will be responsible for machining wood and sheet material to produce high-quality industrial packaging. You’ll handle simpler work orders and receive support and supervision from more experienced colleagues when needed. Wat ga je doen?
Your responsibilities include:
- Machining wood and sheet materials safely and efficiently using various tools and machines
- Interpreting technical drawings and work orders
- Monitoring measurements and product specifications during machining
- Inspecting wood components for dimensional accuracy and quality
- Identifying and correcting defects or irregularities
- Operating woodworking machines such as panel saws, planers, and crosscut saws
- Supporting general tasks within the Wood department

- Able to read and understand basic technical drawings
- Physically fit (able to lift, bend, and reach during the workday)
- Willing to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety instructions
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English
- Familiar with woodworking machines and tools (a plus)
- In possession of a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate (preferred)
- Experienced as a machine operator (preferred)

- A gross hourly wage of €14.54, excluding an 18% shift allowance
