Vacancy: Operator (Welding Robot & Processing Robots)
Are you a technical talent with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy working with modern machinery and want to be part of a dynamic team? We are looking for Operators for our production lines:
- Welding Robot Operator
- Processing Robots Operator (cutting, blasting, etc.)
As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring our production process runs smoothly. This includes:
- Operating and monitoring machines: ensuring the robots function optimally and intervening in case of malfunctions.
- Transporting materials to the workstation and keeping accurate quality records using batch numbers.
- Loading and verifying programs: using the correct software to initiate processes.
- Troubleshooting: thinking logically to come up with the quickest and most effective solutions.
- Inspecting and measuring processed materials.
- Loading and unloading trucks with (un)processed materials.
- Maintaining machines: cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand technical processes.
- Experience with or willingness to learn: sawing, drilling, blasting, and cutting.
- Knowledge of material types is an advantage (can also be learned).
- Skills to operate overhead cranes.
- Good command of the English language is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts:
Shift 1: 05:30 - 14:15
Shift 2: 14:15 - 23:00
