As an Operator, you will be the key figure in operating, setting up, and maintaining our production machines. Your responsibility is to ensure that the machines run efficiently and meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will conduct regular checks and troubleshoot minor issues to ensure smooth production.
You will work in a dynamic environment where precision and safety are of utmost importance. As an Operator, your tasks will include:
- Setting up the machines, operating the shredder, performing data entry, and maintaining cleanliness of machines and work environment.
- Identifying and independently resolving equipment malfunctions or seeking assistance when necessary.
- Actively contributing to improvement initiatives.

Functie eisen
- Experience as an Operator.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00).
- Passion for technology.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language.
