At the company, it's all about fresh vegetables and fruit. These are brought directly from the land to the factory in Waalwijk. There, they are cleaned, sorted, packaged, frozen, and stored. As an operator on the production line, you are responsible for this process together with your colleagues. You supervise the line, guide new team members, and ensure that the machines are properly installed, operated, and maintained. You identify any bottlenecks and make timely adjustments. In addition, you instruct colleagues for optimal process flow. Together with the team of operators, you participate in work meetings and improvement projects.
Your tasks include:
- Monitoring the planning;
- Recognizing and remedying deviations within the process;
- Performing quality controls;
- Resolving and preventing malfunctions;
- Ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and hygiene at the workplace.
Working hours:
You work in a 3-shift system, where you alternate between morning (06:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00), and night shifts (22:00-06:00). For this, you receive an attractive shift allowance!
