This company is a major player in the processing of fresh vegetables and fruits. These products are delivered directly from the fields to the factory, where they are washed, sorted, packaged, frozen, and stored. As an operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, making sure everything runs optimally. You will mentor new colleagues, monitor production, and intervene promptly in case of technical failures or deviations. You will also actively contribute to improvements and ensure that processes run efficiently.
Your tasks include
- Monitoring production planning and processes
- Identifying and resolving line deviations
- Conducting quality checks
- Solving technical issues and preventing problems
- Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness on the work floor
You will work in a 3-shift system, with morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Additionally, you will receive an attractive shift allowance!
