The company is growing rapidly, and you have the chance to be part of this exciting journey. Your key responsibilities include:
- Operating, adjusting, and fine-tuning the extrusion and other installations.
- Preparing the production process.
- Conducting in-process quality checks.
- Troubleshooting minor technical issues and assisting with maintenance.
- Changing and setting up machines for different production runs.
- Experienced operator in (food) process industry.
- Curious about different production processes.
- A true team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team.
- Comfortable working independently when needed.
- Flexible and motivated to work in a two or three-shift system.
- Looking for a stable and long-term job.
- Working hours during the day or in the evening (no nights).
- A suitable gross salary between € 2,900 and € 3,500, including 14% shift allowance.
- 25 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract
- Pension accrual from day 1.
- Prospect of a permanent contract when there is a click from both sides.
