Operator

Wat wordt er van je verwachtYou are responsible for operating various packaging machines, you are also in charge of 1 to 5 colleagues. Together you will ensure that the production line runs smoothly. Furthermore, you will:

• Calibrate and adjust machinery.
• Solve small failures in the line;
• Prepare the production line;
• Register data in the system;
• Support your colleague's where necessary.

Lacking experience as an Operator? Not a problem! We'll train you.

At this job, you will work in 2 or 3 shifts with the following times:

• Morning shift from 06:00 until 14:00
• Afternoon shift from 14:00 until 22:00
• Night shift from 22:00 until 06:00

Wat zoeken wijOf course, being a motivated employee, looking to get started is a key part of what you need for this job. Besides that, you should be available for fulltime employment in 2 or 3 shifts. Besides this it's important you meet the following criteria:

• Good/proficient in the Dutch or English language both in speech and writing;
• A sense of responsibility regarding the quality of your production line;
• You are a ''go getter'' and can work both in a team as well as solo.

• Starting salary at €14,80 per hour
  • Between 18:00 and 00:00 you will receive 33% shift premium turning your hourly salary into €19,68 for these hours.
  • Between 00:00 and 06:00 you will receive 35% shift premium turning your hourly salary into €19,98 for these hours.
• A daily travel allowance starting at 10km
