As an operator/lijnvoerder, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high-quality production of Go-Tan's beloved wok sauces and crackers. You'll face the rewarding challenge of managing state-of-the-art machinery in a dynamic kitchen department, ensuring that supply meets the continuous demand. We're looking for someone with at least an MBO 2-3 level of thinking, experience in food technology or the pharmaceutical industry, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Dutch and a basic understanding of English are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Production: oversee the daily operations of the kitchen department to meet production goals.
- Quality control: enforce strict hygiene standards and quality specifications for food safety.
- Maintenance: monitor and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
- Team support: act as the first point of contact for any line issues, providing guidance and solutions.
- Scheduling: adapt to a three-shift system, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous operation.
