Functieomschrijving
Are you good with machines, do you enjoy working with precision, and are you looking for a fun and varied job in an international production environment? In this role, you’ll be working with different types of machines, including CNC machines. You’ll process metal parts and make sure everything matches the technical drawings. You help keep the production process running smoothly and like to think along about how things can be improved. Occasionally, you'll also assist other departments when needed. What will you be doing?
- Operating and maintaining CNC, NC, and conventional machines;
- Accurately machining parts based on technical drawings;
- Inspecting parts with measuring tools to ensure quality;
- Working according to clear instructions and safety guidelines.
Functie-eisen
- Experience in a technical production environment or with CNC machines is a plus;
- A vocational diploma (MBO level 2 or equivalent), preferably in metalwork or a technical field;
- Willingness to follow (internal) training to further develop your skills;
- Availability to work in a 3-shift system and occasionally work extra hours;
- Ability to read technical drawings and work with precision;
- Experience with Lean or World Class Manufacturing principles is a bonus.
