Whether you're an early bird or a night owl: you pick your shift. No night shifts, no rotating schedules — just stability, creativity, and serious pride in what you build.
What will you do?
As a Production & Assembly Operator, you’ll make sure every product is finished to perfection. Using hand tools, you’ll assemble unique design solutions that are shipped worldwide — from ceilings to wall systems. Here’s what your day looks like:
- Assembling parts using tools like rivet guns, drills, saws, and impact drivers.
- Reading technical drawings and work orders so you know exactly what to do.
- Performing quality checks to make sure everything meets high standards.
- Working independently but also collaborating closely with your team.
- Keeping your workspace clean and safe, and updating work digitally via the system.
Who are you?
You’re a hands-on person who takes pride in a job well done. You don’t need tons of experience — just the right mindset and a good eye for detail. Also:
- You have experience in production or assembly — or you pick things up quickly.
- You’re confident using tools and working with your hands.
- You speak English well (Dutch is not required).
- You’re responsible and take initiative.
- You can handle basic digital tasks like checking a work order.
