Are you an experienced Process Operator ready for the next step? For our state-of-the-art production line in Lopik, we are looking for a Process Operator Plus who can work on VAPRO B level. If you enjoy the challenge of operating advanced machines and playing a key role in a new team, we are looking for you!What are you going to do?As a Process Operator Plus, you will be the core of our new production line. You will oversee, manage processes, and monitor the progress of production. With your technical insight, you ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes:

• Inputting, mixing, and processing raw materials, as well as filling packaging.
• Conducting product and process checks and accurately recording process data.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions and performing minor maintenance.
• Providing technical support to fellow operators and offering valuable feedback.
• Actively contributing to process improvements and making improvement suggestions.
• Collaborating with operators and the process technologist to achieve optimal results.
• Ensuring a proper handover of tasks at the end of your shift.

• A competitive salary between €3,400 and €3,900 gross per month (based on a 36-hour workweek), excluding shift allowance.

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Experience as an operator in a production environment with multiple process steps.
• Technical insight and a strong sense of responsibility.
• MBO working and thinking level, preferably in food technology.
• Experience working in a food production environment and with quality systems.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
