Operator 3-shifts

As an operator your will be working in a 3-shift system at a growing modern agricultural production department. In this department quality, hygiene and working by protocols are key elements!

Together with your colleagues you are responsible for:

• collecting the raw material and necessary supplies
• setting up different machines such as process mixers
• checking various parameters during the production process
• setting packaging machines in the cleanroom environment
• checking quality by taking samples for laboratory
• resolving technical problems with the machines
• reporting tasks for administration

• The salary indication is € 3650 - € 4100 bruto per month (this is including shift allowance and year bonus) based on 40 hours a week

• You have MBO+ level and experience as a (proces) operator preferably in the food or chemical industry
• You have experience with working according to protocols and where hygiene is important (cleanroom is a plus)
• You have experience with resolving technical issues with machines
• You are flexible and think in terms of solutions rather than problems;
• You can work independently and in a structured manner;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness;
• A forklift certificate is a plus (or you are willing to obtain one);
• You are fluent in Dutch or English.

You will be part of the production deparmtent at a growing (and relatively new) production company in the area of Den Bosch / Tiel. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials for a leading agricultural world company. The work location is easily accessible from places such as Tiel, Den Bosch and Zaltbommel.
