At Johma, they work hard, but always with great pleasure! You work in a 3-shift system and can earn up to €20.72 per hour, including allowances. Does this sound like your new challenge? Apply now!

In your role as Operator, you will participate in the production process of the tastiest salads. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our salads remain of top quality.

Your tasks include:

• Producing salads – You ensure that the products meet the high quality standards that make Johma so unique.
• Operating machines – You set up the machines, monitor the process and intervene where necessary to ensure that production runs smoothly.
• Supplying and replenishing packaging materials – You keep the process going by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time.
• Keeping the production line clean – Hygiene is crucial, so you ensure that the lines remain clean and safe.
• Quality control – You regularly carry out checks to ensure that the products meet the strict quality standards.
• Collaborating with the technical department – ​​You work with the team to optimise maintenance processes and ensure that everything continues to run smoothly.
