Operator 3-shifts

Wat je gaat doen Are you an experienced (process) operator looking for a new full-time challenge with the potential for permanent employment? Then we are looking for you!

As an operator, you will work in a 3-shift system at a growing and modern agricultural production department. Quality, hygiene, and working according to protocols are essential in this department!

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting raw materials and necessary supplies;
• Setting up various machines such as process mixers;
• Monitoring various parameters during the production process;
• Setting packaging machines in the cleanroom environment;
• Ensuring quality by taking samples for the laboratory;
• Troubleshooting technical issues with the machines;
• Reporting tasks for administrative purposes.

• The salary range is € 3,650 - € 4,100 gross per month (including shift allowance and annual bonus), based on 40 hours per week;

Functie-eisen

• You have MBO+ level education and experience as a (process) operator, preferably in the food or chemical industry;
• You have experience working according to protocols and maintaining hygiene standards (experience in cleanrooms is a plus);
• You have experience solving technical issues with machines;
• You are flexible and focus on solutions rather than problems;
• You can work independently and in an organized manner;
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness;
• A forklift certificate is a plus (or you are willing to obtain one);
• You are fluent in Dutch or English.

Over het bedrijf You will be part of the production department of a growing (and relatively new) production company in the Den Bosch / Tiel area. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials for a leading company in the agricultural sector. The work location is easily accessible from places such as Tiel, Den Bosch, and Zaltbommel.
