As an operator at the Mentos factory of Perfetti Van Melle, you play a crucial role in the packaging department. Thanks to your dedication, people worldwide can enjoy this beloved candy. You ensure that your part of the packaging process runs smoothly.

Your tasks include:

• Ensuring the line runs smoothly; if necessary, you troubleshoot minor malfunctions or report them to the technical department;
  
• Assisting fellow operators at other machines to ensure smooth operations not only for your process but also for the entire department;
  
• Supplying materials to the line;
  
• Conducting quality checks: identifying deviations in the production process, reporting them, and making improvement suggestions.
  

Job security: a full-time contract with the possibility of being taken over by Perfetti Van Melle in the short term upon successful performance;
