Operations Specialist-Chinese speaking

Job description:

• Assist with the daily management of the distribution center activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks
• Aid in supervising on-site logistics operations, including the organization of transfer batches and monitoring the workflow to improve operational efficiency
• Support in identifying and resolving operational issues, such as discrepancies in inventory or delays in shipment schedules, to minimize risks and reduce costs
• Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, suggest actionable improvements based on issues observed
• Assist in managing and supporting transit personnel to foster a positive work environment and enhance team engagement
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including warehouse staff and external contractors, to ensure that operations align with business objectives

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment
• Proficiency in Chinese is a must, familiarity with Dutch warehouse operations is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze data to formulate improvement strategies
• Effective communication skills to establish and maintain professional relationships with independent contractors
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
