In this position you will be reporting into the Strategic Portfolio & Governance Director and you will have the following account abilities and responsibilities:

  • Lead the transition & implementation of the operating model for the new SN R&D Categories organization, aligning structure, processes and resources with strategic objectives (in synch with FMCGs) - to standardize the ways of working within One R&D;
  • Implement for Specialized nutrition Categories an effective governance structure to improve global project management and decision-making between the R&I Categories team and the Advanced, M&NS, UX and Regional R&D teams;
  • Prepare and drive the SN R&D led meetings, such quarterly project reviews with global teams and/or zones ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly communicated and adhered to, monitor action, report to senior management, outlining key findings, progress and strategic recommendations;
  • Act as a key liaison between the different functional areas of the organization to foster a collaborative innovation environment, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing between SN R&D, zone R&D and core R&D teams.

Functie eisen

* Master's degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferably added with an MBA);
* 10+ years in a R&D environment Experience in the FMCG or Pharma industry, biotechnology or food technology;
* Experience in a senior role focusing on organizational transformation, operating models, and governance within an R&D or similar technical environment (eg Consultant);
* Familiarity with R&D processes and innovation, Fluent English is mandatory;
* Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to navigate complex organizational landscapes;
* Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and cultures., and to engage and challenge higher business stakeholders;
* Innovative and proactive in problem solving and solution implementation;
* Strategic mindset and the ability to see the big picture;
* Strong getting things done mentality.
