Onsite IT Support Engineer Are you passionate about providing top-notch technical support and ensuring smooth IT operations? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly impacts user satisfaction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues. Provide onsite support to clients, working independently and as part of a team. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video and conferencing equipment. Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory. Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies. Document your approach and problem resolution in a ticketing system. Participate in asset management tasks. Skills: Proven experience in onsite support and ticketing systems. Fluent in Dutch and English. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications. Experience with Managed Print Service (MPS), mobile phone configuration (Apple and Android, MS Intune), and MS Office 365. Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
